2. What data we process
We process the data you give us when you fill in the contact form on this website, email us, call us or contact us on WhatsApp: your name, contact details, information about your home or your building and the content of your enquiry. The form only collects the data you enter (name, email, phone, area of the home, interest and message) and sends it to us by email; it is also stored in the website’s management panel. This website does not create user profiles or use analytics or advertising cookies (see the Cookie policy). Together with your request we record the page you write to us from and, if any, the website or campaign you came from, so we know how you found us. We also count, anonymously and without cookies, clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email buttons. To understand how the website is used, we compile anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referral source, country and device type), without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without identifying any visitor, on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
3. Why we process it
- To answer your enquiries and requests for information.
- To arrange visits and to prepare and send you service proposals.
- To manage the contractual relationship if you hire our services.
- If you are a client, to keep in your private area the documents for your home, the log of access to the property and the incident history, accessible only to you and your manager through personal login details.

6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers may access it as data processors. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your data is also processed by that service, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), which may carry out international transfers covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@propertyconcierge.biz, stating the right you wish to exercise.
